Interplay is looking for an outstanding individual to work in partnership and strategically with the Artistic Director. The postholder will be responsible for leading the development of the Company’s vocational provision and play a pivotal role in the overall development and realisation of the Company’s national and local remit.
This challenging role will suit an ambitious, highly motivated, creative individual with substantial knowledge and experience of the complexities of running a busy and diverse arts organisation. This new post is a joint chief executive position with the Artistic Director.
